We Will Take Care of You!
While we focus on the design, planning, and realization of your wedding,
we also act as your avatars here, assuring your interests with the local professionals
Selecting Your Venue
We start this process with you by determining exactly which type of venue you’re looking for, then calculating the size of your guest list and your group’s lodging needs.
Ceremonies & Services
We can arrange any type of spiritual or meaningful ceremony that you’d like to celebrate. We can provide a celebrant if you haven’t already chosen someone.
Flowers, Candles & Lighting
Our main florist has more than 35 years in the business and has seen it all. She has a notebook with tens of thousands of photos from previous weddings, so just let her know what you’re looking for, and she’ll make it happen! And she can coach you if you have no ideas!
Food & beverages
We work regularly with five amazing private caterers, each of whom is better than the others! They offer a wide range of service options, from informal receptions to buffets, from three-course meals to staffed interactive food stations!
Music & Entertainment
We work with local musical groups and DJs, along with classical and jazz musicians. And yes, we know several drags!
Photography and Video
Over the years, we have worked with dozens of local and international photographers and videographers, and we maintain a robust list of seasoned and creative professionals, with a wide range of price points!
Ground Transportation
We can arrange any size vehicle depending on the size of your group needing to get somewhere, including airport transfers and routes from hotels to your wedding venue.
Activities & Tours
We work with local companies to arrange any type of tour or activity you might like, such as whale watching (in season), golfing, ATVs, snorkeling, cooking classes, yoga classes, you name it!
Major Planning Opportunity
We highly encourage all our client couples to plan a trip to Vallarta at least six months before your wedding date, to move your planning process forward a great deal. During this trip, you have the opportunity to do a menu tasting with one or several of our amazing catering chefs, meet with the florist, visit various equipment/decoration warehouses, do a hair/makeup trial, and more.
While it’s totally possible to plan a destination wedding without a site visit, and many couples aren’t able to come down, we find that they make a huge difference in couples’ levels of confidence in the elements and services of their wedding. Most couples go from wondering if everything will work out o.k. to bursting with confidence and anticipation in two days or less!
