We at Mexico Event Design are proud to announce our collaboration with Ms. Yanina Haddad Martínez, a professional wedding planner in Puerto Vallarta and owner of Love Producciones y Eventos company.
Yanina brings decades of experience in event and wedding planning, having spent years first in Huatulco, Mexico, and then 20 years in Vallarta in the hotel industry. Before recently opening her own company, Yanina worked at Rocco Troyani, one of the leading event-planning companies in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. “I have lived very happily here in Vallarta for many years, and I love sharing this wonderful place with clients coming here to get married,” said Yanina.
While Love Producciones is focused on the local and national market in Spanish, Yanina is also sharing her expertise and years of experience with us at Mexico Event Design, as we establish ourselves as the first and only gay-owned wedding planning agency in Vallarta focused on the international LGBTQ Community. “As you may know, Vallarta is the leading beach destination in Mexico for the Mexican and international LGBTQ community, so I’m very excited to work with international lesbian and gay couples on your destination weddings here!” she said. “I think you’ll find that the local community is very accepting here.”
Yanina is already active in all aspects of our wedding planning, from selecting the best venues and service providers to budget analysis and marketing efforts. She will eventually become our clients’ primary contact in Puerto Vallarta, taking you around for venue scouting and menu tastings, as well as working with you directly in the planning and coordination process. She added, “One of my favorite things in life is to be able to interpret clients’ tastes, their wishes and dreams, and then turn around make those dreams come true!”
Very active in the local professional community, Yanina is a founding member of the Vallarta chapter of the international Association of Bridal Consultants. In addition to wedding planning, Yanina is also a professional wedding celebrant, offering couples different types of spiritual and highly-meaningful ceremonies at their weddings.
Yanina is also active in the local theater community in Puerto Vallarta, recently starring in a local production of “The Vagina Monologues.” “Our theater company even had a float in the Pride Parade here last June!” she said.
