Welcome to Mexico Event Design! After more than two years of research, investigations, and establishing contacts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya of Mexico, we are establishing a new agency to serve the international LGBT Community with destination weddings and other events!
Mexico Event Design is being launched as part of a growing international consortium of event companies providing services in the Mexican Caribbean–the other two are Mexico Luxury Event Rentals and Mexico Wedding Welcome Bags. We expect rapid growth for all three companies as the wedding industry here continues its expansion.
Mexico Event Design offers personalized event design, decoration, production, and coordination for destination weddings and other events to the international LGBT community at carefully chosen venues throughout the Mexican state of Quintana Roo, home to Cancun, Cozumel, and the Riviera Maya. Our team of event professionals boasts more than 30 years of experience with all types of events in the United States and Mexico, and our vast network of contacts and providers in both countries makes it easier to source whatever decorative elements you may be looking for to achieve exactly the decor you desire. We also maintain a short list of the best event service providers in the area to guarantee you the highest levels of quality and professionalism: private chefs and food service providers, photographers/videographers, makeup artists, florists, and other professionals.
We specialize in offering distinctive and unique design concepts tailored to our clients’ specific tastes and needs. We have developed several categories of basic pre-designed concepts that our clients can use as a base and then adapt to your wishes.
While we are versatile enough to work at any venue, we have collected a set of small, private venues up and down the Caribbean coast that are perfect for small, exclusive gatherings. These include luxurious private villas and small boutique hotels overlooking the ocean, as well as a select few high-end all-inclusive resorts.
